Course: Cyber Hygiene Basics and Digital Literacy
Course Goals

Introduce basic cyber hygiene and digital citizenship concepts to students in grades K-12.

Improve the cybersecurity hygiene of kids in K-12.

Increase the number of students interested in cyber and IT pathways through career exploration.
Course Design

Carefully curated immersive virtual reality/XR experience compatible with all computers, tablets, and mobile phones.

Gamification that engages learners and keeps them motivated throughout the entire program.

Realtime assessments and assurance of learning feedback to promote maximum retention and understanding.

Course Outline
The course is organized into four modules that include more than 20 compact lessons designed to keep learners engaged.

Curriculum aligns with the Cyber.Org K-12 Cybersecurity Learning Standards and recommendations for grades K-12. The course is agile and can be run synchronous or asynchronous for easy integration in schools and after school and summer programming. The course is also available for individual users.
Learners, parents/legal guardians, and school officials receive learner assessments at the conclusion of the course. Learners also receive a Certificate of Completion.
